Aeroflot has once again won the prestigious international Randstad Award for best employer in the transport industry. This award is given to Russia’s most attractive employers every year based on the results of the world’s biggest independent employer branding survey. Since it was founded over 18 years ago, the Randstad Award has spread to 4,000 organisations in 30 countries.
The Russian vote was held via an online survey. In December 2017 a total of 9,430 respondents from across the country voted in the survey. Participants were asked to rate more than 300 of the country’s largest employers in over 20 main sectors. According to the results, the top five key criteria for job attractiveness were: first, competitive salary and social benefits; second, financial stability; third, opportunities for career growth; with factors such as job security and interesting work rounding off the list.
Aeroflot has won the Randstad Award for Best Employer in the Transport Industry for the fourth year in a row. Russia’s largest airline is the leading employer and taxpayer in the industry.
