Atlantic Link continues to grow and the company is proud to announce its new client, Discover New England.

Since  September 1st 2017, Atlantic Link have beeing responsible for the sales, marketing and PR efforts in the Scandinavian market on behalf of the agency’s new client, Discover New England.

Atlantic Link has previously represented Massachusetts Office of Tourism and Visit Maine in Scandinavia and Finland, but with the Discover New England account, Karin Gert Nielsen and her team are now overseeing the entire New England area which includes six U.S. states: Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut and Rhode Island, Maine, and Massachusetts.

Located in the northeastern part of USA and being particularly known for its varied seasons, historic inns, beautiful scenery, and local seafood, New England has obtained increased popularity among its Nordic visitors. This autumn, travel agencies have announced a large increase in Scandinavians who have booked their trips to New England.

– More and more Scandinavians have discovered the huge potential of New England as a holiday and travel destination due to its fascinating history, culture, cities and attractions. For that reason, we look forward to promoting the area to the consumers together with the Scandinavian travel trade and media, Karin Gert Nielsen says.
