Vueling, an IAG member airline, announces its new flight schedule from Paris Orly airport following approval by the European Commission and as part of the recapitalisation of Air France and Air France-KLM Holding by France in the wake of COVID19.

There are 32 new routes to 10 countries, which will begin operating on 2 November 2021. These new routes are in addition to the 20 flights for the winter season already scheduled from the French airport. Vueling thereby demonstrates its major commitment to the French market, with 48 direct connections from Paris Orly, with four more pending confirmation of launching date, which will go on sale shortly.

In addition to increasing links by adding new destinations in Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom and Denmark, Vueling is launching new direct routes to Germany, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Morocco and Malta for the first time.

The new flights by country

Spain

Vueling is adding five new connections to the airports of Jerez, Asturias, Santander, Granada and Zaragoza to its programme. This brings the number of direct links with Spain to 20, taking into account the 15 routes already on sale for the 2021-2022 winter season: Barcelona, Menorca, Majorca, Ibiza, Valencia, Alicante, Malaga, Madrid, Seville, Bilbao, Santiago, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.

Italy

Five new connections to Italy from Paris Orly airport are being launched, to airports in Milan (Bergamo), Bologna, Turin, Genoa and Bari, in addition to the three current flights to Rome (Fiumicino), Florence and Milan (Malpensa).

United Kingdom

Vueling will be operating six new direct connections from Paris Orly to Cardiff, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle and Belfast airports. With the existing link between the French airport and London Gatwick, the airline will be operating seven direct routes.

Denmark

The airline is launching a new route to the city of Billund, in addition to the one already in operation in Copenhagen.

Germany, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Morocco and Malta – new markets for Vueling at Paris Orly
